4. How are your prices compared to other brands?
We have low prices every day on all our products. You may from time to time find cheaper prices on other sites, but the products may be lower quality or shipping charges may be high.

5. If I need help with the sports equipment or have any questions, is there somebody to help?
Our customer service department is open 6 days a week by email. Our customer service team is Mom and Dad, we will do our absolute best to help you.

Questions about shipping?
1. What is the cost of shipping and why?
Flat rate shipping is $4.95 for anywhere inside the continental United States and is available for any shipment.
If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, we offer USPS first-class mail and USPS priority mail shipping. The rate for first-class mail is $4.95, and the rate for priority mail shipping is $7.95.
Please know that all shipping is busier than usual this year. With the closing of many brick-and-mortar stores, people are shopping online more than ever. This is causing a worldwide slowdown in deliveries.
Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control as they affect all mail carriers. We are continuously monitoring this situation and are updating our delivery estimates on our checkout page accordingly. All our orders ship with tracking and you'll receive your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
2. When will my order ship?
Due to the closure of many brick-and-mortar stores in 2020, fulfillment centers and shipping carriers are busier than usual.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process and ship, and the full estimated delivery window for receipt. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
3. Do you auto-ship or offer a subscription service?
We do not auto-ship, and we do not offer any subscriptions.
If you want Trained products, just come to the Boom store and order them.
You will only receive what you intentionally ordered, and nothing extra. Ever!
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We are happy to tell you that we provide a flat rate of just $30.00 to ship an order of any size to nearly anywhere in the world. These orders are shipped through USPS.  

For faster service, we also offer UPS 2-5 Day International shipping. Keep in mind that orders placed after 9am Eastern Time may ship the next business day.
For Canadian customers, we ship orders from Toronto, Canada with Canada Post Expedited Parcel for US$8.95. (Please note: All our prices are listed in U.S. dollars.)

International (outside the U.S.A. or Canada) customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges. Your local government determines duty and customs charges, which vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Your order confirmation details only the charges we are collecting.
